    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.


  • Standard Return Policy

    • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

    • Only items purchased directly from Nord Arms can be returned to us. Products bought through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policies.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all cords, adapters, and documentation.


  • Ineligible Items for Return

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Modified equipment

  •  

    • Intentionally damaged equipment

  •  

    • Items reported as stolen


  • How to Initiate a Return

    • Send an email to orders@nordarmory.com.

  •  

    • Include your name, email, and order number.

  •  

    • Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email with further instructions.

  •  

    • Repackage the item securely with all original components included.

  •  

    • Follow the provided instructions to return the item.


  • Refunds

    Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed immediately. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take up to seven business days to appear on your account. For any questions about your refund, please contact your payment provider.
