Lifetime Warranty

We build products to perform—and to last. That’s why every product we manufacture is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something’s not right due to how we built it, we’ll make it right.

If your Nord Arms product fails due to a covered defect, we’ll repair it or replace it—at our discretion—free of charge. However, we know that s*** happens. Therefore any damages not covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced for a reasonable rate and a shipping fee accordingly.

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Defective parts or components

• Original, unaltered, and unmodified items

• Damage caused by accidents, neglect, or misuse

• Improper care or unauthorized repairs

• Modifications beyond our recommendations

• Normal wear and tear or natural material breakdown over time

• Acts of God (lightning, floods, etc.)

This warranty applies to the original owner for the lifetime of the product. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a warranty claim, send an email to help@nordarmory.com and include your order number, product details, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll guide you from there.
